1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any bet or wager via the bk11 Platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the bk11 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games, promotions or features made available on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the bk11 Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bk11. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on bk11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bk11 does not permit use of its Platform by persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee or representative of another party.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of bk11 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one bk11 account. If duplicate accounts are identified — whether registered by the same person using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or devices — bk11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any associated balances and winnings without prior notice.

bk11 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing any withdrawal request. Players must provide valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation reasonably requested to complete KYC verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk11 account credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your bk11 account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified bk11 of unauthorised access.

bk11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bk11 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your bk11 account, you must notify bk11 support immediately via live chat or the contact email provided. bk11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security steps were available to the account holder and were not taken.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bk11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (cryptocurrency). bk11 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the bk11 Cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to bk11's withdrawal routing policies.
• Completed KYC verification is required before bk11 processes any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.
• bk11 targets withdrawal processing within standard timeframes displayed in the Cashier, but cannot guarantee processing times for reasons outside its direct control, including third-party payment network delays.
• bk11 reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and anti-money-laundering checks on any transaction, which may temporarily delay processing.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bk11 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters pertaining exclusively to that game or bet type.

• bk11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing or data error is identified, at any time before or after settlement.
• Bets once accepted by the bk11 system cannot be cancelled by the Player except where a specific "Cash Out" or cancellation feature is made available for the relevant bet type.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered at bk11's discretion. bk11 reserves the right to suspend or remove any live market at any time.
• Cricket betting markets at bk11 — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan T20I and ODI matches — are settled in accordance with the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC).
• bk11 maximum payout limits per event and per player apply and are displayed within the relevant sportsbook section.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bk11 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including but not limited to:

• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts in PKR
• Wagering / turnover requirements (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or deposit + bonus amount)
• Game contribution percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%; certain live casino games may contribute a lower percentage)
• Time limits within which wagering requirements must be completed
• Maximum bet limits while using bonus funds

bk11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If bk11 reasonably suspects a Player of abusing bonus terms — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors — bk11 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, remove bonus funds, and restrict future bonus eligibility for the affected account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk11 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bk11
• Using false, misleading or third-party identity information
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches or errors on the Platform
• Participation in or facilitation of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events offered on bk11
• Money laundering or using bk11 for any illegal financial activity
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the bk11 Platform
• Allowing or facilitating access to your bk11 account by any underage person

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk11 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game assets and data compilations, is the exclusive property of bk11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the bk11 Platform without prior written consent from bk11.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk11 and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bk11 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

bk11 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bk11 is not liable for any losses resulting from telecommunications or network failures, third-party payment processing delays, or events outside bk11's reasonable control.

10. Privacy and Data

bk11 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the bk11 Platform you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. bk11 does not sell personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

bk11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are strongly encouraged to review the Responsible Gaming page for detailed information on deposit limits, loss limits, session controls and self-exclusion options available within their bk11 account settings.

18+ Only. bk11 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited. Pakistani players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of bk11 complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

12. Amendments to Terms

bk11 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the registered address where practicable. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page. Your continued use of the bk11 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and general principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bk11's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights where applicable.

bk11's internal complaints procedure requires Players to submit a written complaint via the support email address within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. bk11 will respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
